A deadly “terrorist attack” struck a leading defense company in Ankara on Wednesday, resulting in casualties, as reported by a senior government official, Politico reports on October 23th.

A terrorist attack was carried out against the Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. (TUSAŞ) Ankara Kahramankazan facilities. Unfortunately, we have martyrs and injured people following the attack,

The company maintains Turkey’s fleet of aging F-16 fighter jets and manufactures its own systems, including military aircraft under the TF-X program and training aircraft like the Hürkuş. This year, it also promoted a multirole helicopter at international air shows.
