Calls for a Boycott of Tech Company Stripe after CEO Shares Details of Visit to Israel

Pro-Palestinian supporters are urging a boycott of the payment platform Stripe, Middle East Eye reports on November 28th.
This follows a social media post on Wednesday by CEO and co-founder Patrick Collison, an Irish-American billionaire who has previously expressed support for Palestinians.
In his post, Collison described a beach run in Tel Aviv and remarked that it was “great” to be back.

Many users on X responded to his post, noting that he was just thirty minutes away from the Gaza Strip.
Conservative estimates indicate that nearly 44,000 Palestinians have lost their lives in Israel’s war on Gaza, with two million people enduring relentless Israeli aggression.
